Ashika Group is a 28+ years old diversified financial services group offering services including Brokerage, Lending, Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management.

Ashika Stock Broking, the broking vertical of Ashika Group is the largest retail stock broker in East India. Dhanush is Ashika Stock Broking’s cutting-edge B2C stock trading app, which provides users access to multiple asset classes (such as equity markets, commodity, currency, mutual funds, etc.) on a single platform.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Dhanush, you will be a key member of our HR team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our growing team. Your role is pivotal in building a high-performing team that drives the success of Dhanush.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with Dhanush app’s growth objectives.

Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source and identify potential candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Dhanush.

Interview Coordination: Manage and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Assessment: Administer and analyze assessment tools and tests as needed to evaluate candidates’ competencies and suitability for roles.

Offer Management: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process.

Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future stock broking app positions, proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, analyze recruitment data, and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.


Key Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the financial/stock broking industry.
  • Strong understanding of stock broking and financial services roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
