Ashika Stock Broking, the broking vertical of Ashika Group is the largest retail stock broker in East India. Dhanush is Ashika Stock Broking’s cutting-edge B2C stock trading app, which provides users access to multiple asset classes (such as equity markets, commodity, currency, mutual funds, etc.) on a single platform.
As a Content Writer at Dhanush, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages our audience. You will work closely with our web and design team to produce educational articles, blog posts, and other written materials that align with our editorial guidelines and resonate with our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write compelling and meaningful content about finance, mutual funds, stocks, and personal finance-related topics. Additionally, write educational content to educate existing and potential users. Ensure that all content produced maintains a high standard of quality.
Research: Conduct research to identify online communities, trending topics, and new content ideas that can enrich our content repository. Stay updated with industry trends and news.
SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to content creation to improve web traffic and visibility. Run simple keyword research and incorporate SEO guidelines into your writing.
Proofreading and Editing: Have an eagle eye for detail to spot grammatical errors and inconsistencies in content. Edit and proofread your work to maintain accuracy and clarity.
Consistency and Relevancy: Ensure consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across all content. Keep content relevant and up-to-date.
Creativity: Use your creative skills to generate fresh content ideas and effectively convert them into actionable pieces. Identify content gaps and enhance existing pieces to provide comprehensive coverage.
Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the web and design team, take end-to-end ownership of tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience of at least 1 year in writing financial content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research skills to find industry-related topics and data.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a significant plus.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Knowledge and Passion for finance, stocks, mutual funds, and personal finance topics.
