Ashika Stock Broking, the broking vertical of Ashika Group is the largest retail stock broker in East India. Dhanush is Ashika Stock Broking’s cutting-edge B2C stock trading app, which provides users access to multiple asset classes (such as equity markets, commodity, currency, mutual funds, etc.) on a single platform.
As a Senior Marketing Associate at Dhanush, you will play a crucial role in defining the marketing strategy for our stock broking app. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of marketing in the dynamic world of financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Define and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and adoption of Dhanush in the Indian market.
Brand Positioning: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence for Dhanush, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach and engage the target audience effectively.
Analytics: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
Content Development: Create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including blogs, articles, videos, and social media, to educate and attract potential users.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand the reach of Dhanush and enhance user acquisition.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to amplify the brand’s presence.
User Acquisition and Retention:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth.
- Implement retention programs and campaigns to enhance user loyalty and engagement.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Marketing Schemes: Come up with different marketing offers for different kinds of users to increase retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to ensure marketing materials align with the app’s features and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing related field
- Have experience working in Stock Broking Industry
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
