As a Senior Customer Support Representative you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks and interactions that directly impact our clients and contribute to the success of our business.
– Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
– Collaborate with various departments, including product, design, and technical support, to resolve client concerns efficiently.
– Develop an in-depth understanding of our stock broking products, services, and trading platforms.
– Provide expert guidance and assistance to clients in navigating our offerings and making informed investment decisions
– Offer educational resources and guidance to clients, empowering them with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed investment choices.
– Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions.
– Train junior customer support staff
Qualification and Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus).
- 7+ years of proven customer support experience, showcasing your expertise.
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading, and investment principles is preferred
- Having personal experience in Online Trading will be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
