Ashika Stock Broking, the broking vertical of Ashika Group is the largest retail stock broker in East India. Dhanush is Ashika Stock Broking’s cutting-edge B2C stock trading app, which provides users access to multiple asset classes (such as equity markets, commodity, currency, mutual funds, etc.) on a single platform.
As a Marketing Associate at Dhanush, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts for our stock broking app. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of marketing in the dynamic world of financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and informative marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, emails, and video scripts, to promote the Dhanush Stock Broking App.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with the team to execute marketing campaigns, including planning, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Marketing Schemes: Come up with different marketing offers for different kinds of users to increase retention.
Email Marketing: Assist in building and maintaining email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance analysis.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, webinars, and promotions related to the app.
Social Media Management: Help manage our social media profiles by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to user comments and inquiries.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to ensure marketing materials align with the app’s features and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing related field
- Experience working in financial services especially broking space is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about marketing in the financial industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
