According to the RHP (Red Herring Prospectus), the Shri Balaji Valve Components Limited IPO is valued at Rs 21.60 crore. It comprises solely a fresh issue of 2,160,000 equity shares. There isn’t an offer for sale (OFS) component.
The intended utilization of the IPO’s proceeds by the company includes general corporate purposes, meeting working capital requirements, and funding capital expenditures aimed at installing additional plant and machinery.
