The price band for Gopal Snacks’ IPO ranges from Rs 381 to Rs 401 per equity share, considering a face value of Re 1. The specified lot size for this offering is 37 equity shares, and subscriptions can be made in multiples of 37 equity shares thereafter.
Founded in 1999 by Bipin Hadvani under Gopal Gruh Udhyog, Gopal Snacks provides a range of Namkeen and snacks. The company, operating under the brand ‘Gopal,’ has established a robust market presence, providing an extensive selection of savory products. This includes a diverse range, encompassing ethnic snacks, western snacks, snack pellets, fast-moving consumer goods, and packaged sweets, catering to the varied preferences of its customers.

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) exclusively comprises a sale of existing shares, totaling 1.62 crore. In this offering, promoters Gopal Agriproducts and Bipinbhai Vithalbhai Hadvani intend to divest equity shares amounting to Rs 520 crore and Rs 80 crore, respectively. The remaining Rs 50 crore will be divested by Harsh Sureshkumar Shah through the Offer for Sale (OFS).
